Bromance

In 2005, this bahay kubo caught my eye in Joyce Oreña's store window at Greenbelt 3.



I wanted to have one. So when we passed by this bahay kubo maker in Bulacan two weeks ago, I just had to buy one.
Cost: PHP 1,200 (about US$28). Of course it looks nothing like Joyce Oreña's bahay kubo.



I set it up on the green roof one Sunday afternoon



The boys were fascinated



They brought their wrestlers and set it up



Just then Jeroen came up and walked into this scene



Jeroen say, "Ben, are they gay?"



"No, daddy, they're just talking," Ben says.
"It's called bromance, Jer," I point it out.
