Strictly by reservation only.
Your helper will learn about healthy lifestyle choices that affect your family’s daily living and overall health.
This two-day course offers a non-diet approach to planning meals for those suffering from obesity, diabetes, high blood pressure and high cholesterol.
All recipes are certified by a registered nutritionist/dietician, while a guest dietician will be present to teach your helper how to cook healthy dishes for your family.

Day 1: February 1, Tuesday - Healthy Oriental Dishes
Claypot chicken, seared tofu with prawns in mushroom sauce, Vietnamese pork with vermicelli, Japanese shrimp and broccoli stir fried with whole wheat noodles, steamed scallion ginger fish fillet with bok choy, sesame beef with shiitake, and broccoli with brown rice
