Pardon me for being obsessed with this product I just discovered.
There's the Sub-Zero, which is considered refrigerator ng mayaman.
But have you ever heard of electric fan ng mayaman?
When I first saw this big ass fan in Singapore, I thought, holy moly WTF is that?
I had never seen anything like it. So I looked and I saw, "Big Ass Fans."
Googling brought me to its website and loads of pictures.
It can be used for home
Especially for high ceilings
Industrial models are used in cafeterias
Gyms and auditoriums
Clubs, such as this one at W Bali
Bars and restaurants
Indoor and outdoor
Art galleries
Warehouses, factories
Church!
The possibilities are endless.
The blades are a minimum of 8-feet long!
Now that summer is here and bound to get worse in April-May, I've been dreaming of getting one for our house, since our high-ceiling living room becomes unbearable during summer. It gets so Bikram hot in here it makes me think God hates us (I'm serious).
Just this afternoon my boys and I were in the kitchen making hot chocolate, and the ceiling fan wasn't helping at all.
We have four electric fans in the living room—two ceiling and two stand fans and I don't think it's fun to turn on everything just to feel a little bit of relief. I would rather have one Big Ass Fan.
Good news: The fans are eco-friendly because they use less electricity.
I decided to email Big Ass Fans—lo and behold, they have a supplier in the Philippines!
The bad news: The fans cost around PHP 200,000-up, so I have to work my ass off to get a Big Ass Fan.
I am so willing to sell some bags, if only to save us from the hell hole that is summer in the Philippines.
To know more about Big Ass Fans in the Philippines, contact Eva or Kate at 332-2675, 928-6627, or (0917) 587-0185.
Or visit their showroom at 85 Kamuning Road, Quezon City.
