At the hotel’s signature Chinese restaurant, Li Li, guests can choose from three kinds of set menus, featuring specialty items like Suckling Pig Combination Platter, Braised Dried Oyster with Hair Moss and Lettuce, Charcoal-Roasted Pipa Duck, Braised Sliced Mexican Abalone and Sea Cucumber in Premium Oyster Sauce, Wok-Fried Scallops with Shrimps and Dried Fungus in XO Chili Sauce, and desserts that include Chilled Mango Cream with Pomelo, Fresh Seasonal Fruit and Pan-Fried Glutinous Rice Cake Coated with Egg, to name just a few.
Also, watch out for the God of Fortune as he gives away ampaos filled with gold lucky coins on the eve of Chinese New Year.
Li Li’s festive Chinese New Year set menus are available for dinner on 2 February and for lunch on 3 February.
A Chinese Lunar New Year à la carte menu will also be offered.
At Market Cafe, enjoy Peking Duck, Hot and Sour Soup, Szechuan Chicken, Fried Crispy Noodles with Assorted Seafood, Wok-Fried Beef Tenderloin in Mandarin Sauce, Fried Rice with Shrimp in Lotus Leaf, Bean Curd with Clams and Abalone Mushrooms, and the traditional tikoy.
Available February 2 at PHP 1,490 net, or lunch on February 3 at PHP 1,650 net.
