Laptop thieves caught on tape

I consider myself lucky I'm not prone to losing stuff through pickpockets because I'm very paranoid and careful when I'm out. In fact I can still count the number of times I've lost stuff:
In grade school, I lost a wallet which my mom replaced.
In high school, my boom box disappeared in Assumption's covered court after school.
A camera was taken from my bag on the way to Liberty of London (so glad they didn't take my wallet).
I lost a cellphone at the Vanness Wu concert at Araneta Coliseum while buying Starbucks for my sister Ana.
And that's all, if I don't mention shoplifters and staff theft.

You hear horror stories all the time.
Both my parents were pickpocketted in Hong Kong on separate occasions.
My sister Ana lost her cellphone on her way to school last week.
Grace had her iPhone swiped from the dashboard of her car through the open window.
Jude's iPod was stolen while it was playing in his restaurant.
On Shaw Boulevard all sorts of crazy people will walk into your store or office, ask 100 questions, not buy anything, and swipe your phone from under your nose.

Most recently a CCTV camera captured a laptop being stolen from a guy's backpack on the floor of Oyster Boy near Metrowalk, Ortigas area at 11 PM—all within one minute and 15 seconds.
(People, beware of bagteria. Please do not put your bags on the floor.)

Here's the description posted on YouTube:
Please inform me if the suspect is spotted, or if you know of any leads to his whereabouts.
Please forward and share this video. Any form of help will be greatly appreciated.
Look at the top-right table. Black knapsack with neon reflectors.

Serial Number: W89352LJ644
