Does Rajo even know?
Got this from Alfie Sy:
Wallpaper* magazine has a feature on their "favourite air hostess uniforms", and looks like Cebu Pacific made the cut.

The featured uniform is not the one currently being used, but one designed by Rajo Laurel in 2002, according to this news article from Cebu Pacific News Archive.

"When I was asked to create both the weekend and weekday apparel of Cebu Pacific's flight attendants, the first things I thought of were the friendly, casual, personalized service of Cebu Pacific and its on-time, no-nonsense performance,” Rajo said. “I wanted to translate all of this into an ensemble. It was challenging to try capturing the airline's personality in fit and fabric.”
The result: cabin crew “capsule” wardrobe, with articles that easily interlock for a quick change of look—straight cut skirt that falls softly above the knees and a neoteric boxy-shaped jacket, both in navy, embellished with teal top stitching; and a blouse in funky teal checks.
“All the pieces allow ease of movement for heightened efficiency,” said Rajo. “The ensemble gives off an air of warm friendliness, just right for the attitude of Cebu Pacific's flight attendants.”
Said Cebu Pacific's Bing Stoifel, “we're very excited about the new uniforms. The overall look is fashionable and easy on the eyes. At the same time, there's freedom of motion, which is a very important factor in a flight attendant's uniform.”
The new attire was launched in February 2002. (Source)
