So I'm finally friends with the Park Lane Hotel on Causeway—as long as it's a Deluxe Room on the upper floors because those rooms are renovated.
It's a short distance to my favorite shops (Frapbois, Zucca, Sogo, City Super, etc.) and next to the Initial flagship store, which I love. Not so much for the clothes, I just find the whole store dreamy at night. I did get a few pieces for myself and Gilda.
On my first day I went to Ikea to buy some odds and ends for the house, such as bathroom lights.
Ikea is literally underneath the Park Lane hotel.
Dear Rex and Kellyn, I found some cool stuff I want for the apartment. Tell me what you think.
I love this long narrow sink, but I doubt that we have space for this. Do we?
My eyes are just drawn to white furniture, like the chair
The sofa bed. I wonder if it's comfy.
The kiddie chair
The double bed x 2, without all that stuff on top. I prefer my bed minimal.
Cause I love kids. I like this bi-level set of tables. Wish I had a bigger house, more kids...
At the drugstore I had to buy a couple of pyramid Kleenex tissues. Type ni Charice!
Next time, I want to scour Gough area with James Acuña. It has a lot of quirky home stores, cafés and art galleries. Think of it as Hong Kong's SoHo.
I love Homeless
Just look at this lovely dungeon-esque door
As James pointed out, parang I have some of these pieces
Cute lamp
Wanted to get this for Ana
A must-stop for me is Silvercord Plaza on the Kowloon side.
I generally love the G.O.D store, but this time W.Q. (walang quenta)
Off to captital I.T, even though the sale was just over
They have the best fitting rooms
I love gnomes
Off to Mercibeacoup. I love this store so much, I hope they never close
Do NOT panic. I did NOT buy this outfit okay.
I did not buy this hat. Though, I thought about it. I really did.
Does it remind you of....? Is it art or is it poverty? She reminds me of Yayoi Kusama.
Not too far away is the Porter store. Oops! I just remembered I'm supposed to contact them...
I'm not even done yet. To give you a clue, Cedric and I had to ship a giant box and I still had to pay for excess baggage.
Oh, and I got some very cool stuff for the online store I'm setting up.
Very limited quantities, so watch for it!
