A native of Austria, executive pastry chef Andreas Gillar was educated in the School of Pastry and Bakery in Baden, Germany and the Master School for Pastry in Vienna, Austria.
He has 20 years of international experience, having worked at Hotel Caravelle in Saigon, Café Wien in Jakarta, and the Hashoo Group, which owns and operates two Marriott Hotels and seven Pearl Continental Hotels in Karachi, Pakistan.
Prior to joining Enderun, his most recent post was executive pastry chef of The Peninsula Manila.
