After searching for hotels in the Ginza area, I’m convinced Peninsula Tokyo is the best.
Four of us arrived at night—we almost didn’t fit in the van!
We got two connecting rooms. I immediately unpacked my stuff in the walk-in closet. That’s one of the first things I do upon entering a hotel room—I need to get organized. This is one side
The other side is where my SIL and I hung up our clothes. Guess which side is mine?
In the other room my sister started pressing her clothes and my mom’s.
This was our room
My work desk and TV—always on CNN
The bathroom that needs no further explanation
Lavazza coffee
Salad I can eat everyday
and simply the best hotel staff I’ve ever encountered—from the front desk lady who gives me the Ginza shopping map, to the front door people who make you feel at home.
Can’t wait to be back next year (wishful thinking)!
