Mike Delfino never looked this amazing.
After they killed off his character in the last season of Desperate Housewives, I never thought I’d see actor James Denton again. So it was a pleasant surprise to see him as the new face of Daniel Hechter’s major Spring/Summer 2012 campaign—shot by no less than internationally renowned photographer and filmmaker, Peter Lindbergh.
To celebrate 50 years of Daniel Hechter, Lindbergh photographed Denton and model Hanna in Paris’ most beautiful locations. The shoots were staged in three motifs—bathed in blue, red and silver light—to symbolize the spirit of the French brand.
The cool blue motif shows Denton and Hanna on Place du Trocadero with the Eiffel Tower in the background.
The red scene was shot inside Le Crazy Horse de Paris, the Parisian cabaret known for its aesthetically spectacular nude shows.
To symbolize love and romance, Peter Lindbergh set the carousel at the Eiffel Tower in a dreamy, silvery scene—like a Parisian fairy tale full of style and belle allure.
Watch James Denton, Hanna, and Peter Lindbergh at work in Paris. Next time I’m gonna ride this carousel.
