During the height of this summer in Manila, I was in Singapore twice, and both times I noted how it was so much cooler there than in Manila.
I also noticed how it rained everyday. I kind of envied them.
And then this happened.

Last year before Ondoy happened, Grace wrote about her "lost summer".
Last year we didn't suffer summer heat because it rained everyday last summer. I know because I bought this outdoor furniture and everyday I had to turn it on its side to throw out the water gathered on the seats.

And then Ondoy happened.
I swear I could've predicted Singapore's flood.
There's the posh Ion Orchard

Good thing Louis Vuitton is elevated. It's on the street level.

This is unreal. I can't imagine this happened to Singapore.
If I were there I wish I were staying at the Mandarin Orchard. If I were stuck at the hotel at least I can eat Chatterbox chicken rice and still shop at the Mandarin Gallery.

OMG. I am craving for chicken rice. Grace, let's eat!
